We understand that you are busy so let us take the guesswork out of what new homeowners want. Our gifts are thoughtfully curated with items that your clients can use. No more worrying that they will stuff them in a closet or re-gift them at the year-end white elephant exchange.
We offer gift packages of various price points so that you can decide on the impact you want.
Remember that a strong closing gift can garner lasting goodwill, this is an opportunity for a referrable moment. Consider this to be part of your marketing budget.
HOW IT WORKS
- Choose from our selection of closing services and gifts and customize with personalization (family name, etc).
- Tell us the closing date and when you plan on meeting your client for the key exchange and we will hand deliver your gifts to the home earlier that day and place them perfectly.
- After recording numbers are in, all you have to do is arrive a few minutes before your client to sign the “congratulations” card….and DONE!

THE FINE DETAILS:
Please remember that we require 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel services and/or gift packages. Without advance notice, Havenlee Home reserves the right to charge the full amount for a cancelled service and/or gift package.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges on personalized items.
Be sure to double check your spelling of names on personalized products as they will be ordered with spelling exactly as it is placed on the order. You are responsible for any mistakes made when placing the order and will be charged additionally for any replacement.
The photos shown represent the overall theme and style of the gift packages. Havenlee Home may make appropriate substitutions due to availability and may not exactly match the photo image but will maintain the overall tone and feeling of the package chosen. We are very picky about the products we choose and can assure you that any substitutions made will reflect an equal or higher value as appeared.
